Not impressed at all. To begin with, I had a hard time getting Arlen or the company to call me back. Once I met with Arlen, I really liked him as the company I had been using was over priced...or so I thought. Arlen gave me a quote which I thought was cheaper than the other company, but when I went back and looked, it was actually between $50-$100 more.
