Jamie Herr of Lakeway Appraisal provided some professional, expert and timely services for a property valuation that I was contesting. This appraisal is most complete and thorough. Much more than an appraisal I had done in 2003 by another appraiser. I especially appreciated Jamie for getting out to my property within days of my request and then getting my appraisal to me in time to make an appeal to the City Assessor. I highly recommend Lakeway Appraisal.
My sons and I recently renovated (gutted) a 1975 rambler. Jamie was very accurate with our original appraisal that was based solely off blueprints for the renovation. We appreciated the guidance that Lakeway provided and thought they did an outstanding and accurate job when the time came for the final appraisal.
