I cannot say enough good things about them! My dog was attacked by another dog and it was pretty bad. He ended up with a ton of wounds on his head, neck and ears. He needed a ton stitches and drains put in. They accepted us as a drop off emergency which I was so very grateful for. My regular vet turned us away. Our dogs are treated like a part of our family. I was driving to work and a cat was in the middle of the road. She had been hit, but was still alive and trying to get up. I picked her up and took her to Lakeway animal Hospital. They rushed her in immediately to help her. Unfortunately her injuries were to severe and they had to put her to rest. The staff was excellent and I was very impressed of their kindness and concern for this poor baby. I will be going there for my own pets from now on. Thank you for loving all animals..
Very caring staff took good care of my cat very friendly.
Great with animals; Andy has separation anxiety and they were very kind to him during tests. Reception is wonderful too. Great lifelong plan for Andy's IBS and available medication. UPDATE: I had to eventually put Andy to sleep in March of this year, due to his ongoing health problems and the constant vomiting. His quality of life was poor. He was only 6-years-old. But they continue to provide the best care to my other cats, Pudge & Felyce.
Dr. Ashley Handzel is an amazing vet who truly cares about the animals in her care! I have nothing but good things to say! Our fur babies, Penny and Opie, adore her, and she adores them! Definitely a wonderful experience and vet. Will continue to return.
