At the time when I lived there they had black mold. I was told never to use that word in the office ever again. The management was really poorly and they kept my deposit even though the apartment wasn't spic and span condition and I got a great move out review so I think they kind of scam people for their deposit
this place will not refund the ultilities bill even after you transfered into your name, they charge all kind of weird fees they dont respond to your phone messages and email their management company on county rd 52 is even worst, not even a single reply back after many phone calls and emails i suggest management people take this seriously to serve tenants better very bad customer service

My colleague Charles and I had the privilege of visiting Lakeville Woods today and had such a great experience with the Property Manager, Christina! She knows the ins and outs of this property so well. We love seeing someone like her dedicated to her community! The property is extremely well maintained, clean and under great management. We highly recommend paying her a visit!
