Ordered my lens incorrectly - did not even try to work with me to fix them. Ignored my calls, kept my glasses for a month, mailed them back to me with a letter telling me that I wanted my reading glasses to have one reading lens and one distance lens - which is a complete lie. This office is HORRIBLE. DO NOT GO HERE.
WORST PLACE EVER. They ordered my reading glasses with one distance lens and one reading lens. They told me I took too long to tell them that they were wrong. Kept my glasses in their office for a month without a call from the doctor despite the fact that I called the office numerous times. Mailed my glasses to my house with a letter saying that I ordered my glasses like that - which is a COMPLETE LIE. Never offered to order the ONE LENS it would take to fix the glasses that are unwearable. I shop locally - BUT NEVER AGAIN ... read more
