Bad experience
The staff is great, however the Dr. is very unprofessional. He scheduled my dog for surgery and after I dropped my dog off at 8:30, I get a call two hours later saying he’s missing one shot that isn’t on file - and the doctor refuses to do the surgery. Yet the vet tech informed me weeks earlier that that shot could be given when he came in for surgery. He wants to bully his clients and over vaccinate with non mandatory vaccines.
Wonderful vets and great staff especially for my favorite vet tech Dawn. Ariel, Big Foot, and Roxy are doing great and going strong. Thank you for answering all my questions and providing great service and care.
DR.Wolfthal is a great Veterinarian, and staff is kind, and thoughtful...They took care of my one and only cat Jinx. all of his life 16 years right up to the end. If your looking for top expertise for your loved one with compassion and understanding this is the place !
