I would not recommend living here. Our storage unit had mold because the downspout next to the building was an irrigating tube, which we explained to the manager and groundskeeper. They refused to listen, causing it to leak more into the storage units. It took them a year to address the issue, Which was simply just to dry it out and repaint it, so they never took care of the downspouts. Property managers barely answer the phone. They over charge for fees once you move out the apartments even after we cleaned for 2 days. My unit had leaks leaks under the sink & started to grow mold. I would not recommend living here.
Good apartment to stay. Jamie is amazing and easy to response.
Absolutely terrible. They wouldn't fix the cable lines and I was stuck with constantly dropping internet for 2 years. Stay away if you telecommute.
