Lakeview village apartments are dumps. The heaters are not up to code in most of the units that force people to have windows open even during the winter. Nothing is energy efficient so be prepared to have outragous power and gas bills especially during the winter. The current mangement company does not follow landlord tenant laws. The owner does not seem to care. When it rains there will be an gross sewer smell, they will try to pass it off as the mushroom farm but it doesn't smell outside the complex.
