I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Matt and the staff at Lakeview. We came from another large vet in New Orleans who just made us feel like another number. The staff here actually makes us feel like valued family. Dr. Matt takes the time to explain things to you, and the techs stop by just to give a pat to the head. Can't recommend them enough!
I was short cash one month so i went in said i have to go buy the flea pill at the SPCA this month. Drive to other side of town. The tec flipped out went off on me told me said I'm disturbing the way things operate said i can't come in there & do that. gave me my dog records after i forced her to do it. I got verbally beat up in front other customers. I called back found out i was banned for life & could never go back there again. Dr. Guichard is not only a great person but wonderful vet. I grew up with dogs and vets over my lifetime and she's one of the most attentive and caring people I know. We've been with her for about 4 years and look forward to many more now that we have a new pup. Thank you all at Lakeview vet. Everyone there makes sure my babies get the best care!
I LOVE this place! Dr. Guichard takes such good care of our puppies, it's like she loves them as much as we do. And she's always patient with my many questions. I could fill post after post after post about how grateful we are for Dr. Guichard. And everyone there is so good with them and loves on them so much, my bigger dog actually pulls on the leash to get inside. No joke! He WANTS to go to the vet. Thank you to everyone at Lakeview Vet! Y'all rock!
