What I did like is they don’t have a minimum credit score but I will say is don’t think you have been approved even after they say you have the have submitted my documents to the housing voucher and everything for them to last minute deny my application. I been with this process for a month and I thought I will be ready to move after collecting all my information and me paying at 85 dollar application fee. I have been here from May-2024 to Jan-2025 and moved to Texas now. I recommend this community to anyone who are staying near to suburbs near Naperville and Aurora in ILLINOIS as these townhouses are available at reasonable price with good services when compared with any community in and around. Main places near by: 5 minutes drive to Route 59 Station, 5 minutes walk to Fox Valley mall and Spring field park attached to this community having kid's play area This area is coming under 204 school district. Lake view townhomes is amazing I love it here
I have lived here for 4 years. Immediately upon moving in I had major plumbing issues. Due to Covid it was brushed to the side. A year later, I revisited the issue and a secondary maintenance crew came out. Promising of fixes and never receiving any. Keep in mind there's multiple toilets so it wasn't a major pressing issue, 1 trusted the lakeview team would notate and follow through on their promises, to my demise I wrongfully trusted them.
