I’ve been at Lakeview Townhomes for about a month and already love it! Amisa was so welcoming and an absolute pleasure to meet in person—she made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate the little community events they host at the office; the paw pool party was such a fun touch, and our dogs were even featured in the resident newsletter! When I first visited the complex with Amisa I feel inlove with the unit and environment. Once she was gone and I had to deal with property manager Karina things seemed a little off . I first initially applied for a renovated unit and they gave me a modern one due to me having a voucher which I still don’t understand. Then I was told even though my dupage voucher covers my rent I will still have to pay for rent on my own which was weird , then I was told my security deposit Is the same price as my rent so all in all was qouat... read more
First of all I would like to say this would of gotten a higher rating review if the moving process wasn’t such a head ache, but glad to be finally out of this place. Our first year living there my husband and I loved every minute of it, we moved in June of 2023. This is a great place to live! I've spent the last 3 years in this peaceful, quiet, well manicured, resort like atmosphere and absolutely loved it! As my life's journey takes me elsewhere, I can truly say that I'm going to miss this place. Karina Hernandez, the property manager, is wonderful at her job. She is definitly a people person and made sure I was pleased and satisfied, all throughout my stay. My neighbors also think the same. I would recommend this place to anybody! 5 stars and 5 more!
What I did like is they don’t have a minimum credit score but I will say is don’t think you have been approved even after they say you have the have submitted my documents to the housing voucher and everything for them to last minute deny my application. I been with this process for a month and I thought I will be ready to move after collecting all my information and me paying at 85 dollar application fee.
