Im looking for an apartment and this place came up in my search. I went to their website and I looked at leasing online, because I wanted to get an idea of what they charge per month. I never even found that out. I was too blown away by the additional amount of ridiculous fees this place charges you to move in. I lived at Lakeview Towers for two years, and unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. I strongly advise anyone considering this complex to look elsewhere. Let’s start with the hidden fees — especially the outrageous move-out charges, which ended up being one of the most expensive parts of my entire lease.
