At this rate, I have been highly disrespected, and this apartment complex has invaded my privacy and never indicated to me that flooding problems would ever be an issue at all when I was offered this unit... Wish I'd read the reviews ahead of time. Evening everyone is saying here is accurate. There are so many things the leasing agents just don't tell you. 1. The price you see is not the price you get. You aren't saving what you think you are. Between fees and shared cost of gas (It's shared for the building. Expect over $150 in extra costs, including parking. 2. Very frustrated with this apartment complex right now. It’s mid-May, temperatures outside are already in the mid-80s, and the building still has the heat running with no air conditioning available. Our apartment has become unbearably hot. What’s especially frustrating is that the property was advertised as having both heating and air conditioning, but we were never clearly told that the building uses a system where only one can operate at a time depending on management’s decision.
