Please read other reviews!!!! Two water intrusion incidents. One involving an overflowing toilet in the unit above us. Sanitation or damaged dry wall was never replaced. Damaged dry wall from a leak above is still damaged over a month after the incident took place. Im having so much trouble with this apartment and I haven’t moved in yet. They take forever to answer the phone and get back at you
A nice place in the city the doesn't feel like it. Weve been here 3 years had no problems at all.... idk what happened but they have lowered all of the apartment cost for new people moving in and now that my lease is up expect me to pay several times more than what they're paying my sink is broken and the laundry facility upstairs broke and ran down the wall and I have black mold in my bedroom and they can't give me a time frame to when this can be fixed I don't see how this makes sense.
