DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! I have lived here a little over a year and it has progressively gotten worse. New management is absolutely terrible and the entire complex is littered with trash constantly. They also do not provide all amenities that are listed in the lease. There is no staff that are capable of fixing anything dealing with plumbing or electrical, instead they put gigantic holes in your wall and never plug them up while not fixing the initial issue. I am absolutely happy with our home at Lakeview Towers. Maintenance crew are most generally very prompt and thorough on responding to requests and getting the issue resolved quickly. The office team is always so warm and welcoming. Kierra is the best, and John is always so kind and understanding. Excellent communication all around. Lakeview towers apartments are great I enjoy living here the women and the new guy in the leasing office are wonderful they've always helped me out with everything I've needed I really appreciate them! Living here has been wonderful the people here are great always a smile when you walk by your neighbors and the view couldn't be better it is great to walk out the back and enjoy the lake and the surroundings the gym is very great and very close also! Thank you!
