I have lived here for more than 10 years, it has been the place I've called home for a long time. With the change in management, the building complex quality has worsened. The corridors/elevator are dirty and there can be bugs seen around the complex. The management is unfriendly especially if you have lived here for a while. This place is disgusting and horrible and have a major roach problem. The resident manager Claudine she gossips about other tenants to tenets. She’s very unprofessional.

We’ve been living here for 10+ years and we love it here. Great location. Walking distance to everything. The property manager, Claudine has been awesome. She’s always friendly and any problem we have had has been quickly attended to.

Great place for a reasonable price in a good location. Claudine is an awesome property manager. Always available when you need her, and make sure your needs and concerns are taken care of. I highly recommend Lakeview Towers! This apartment is within walking distance of Lake Merritt, Oakland Museum, Downtown Oakland, and the bart station.
