🚨 Honest Review: Proceed with Caution I applied for a 1-bedroom/1-bath unit (#206) at Lakeview Towers for $2,050 — beautiful unit with its own balcony — and I regret the entire experience. The leasing agent, Layla, was great with communication initially and quick to collect the $490 application and holding fee, but once payment was sent, she completely disappeared. I have lived here for more than 10 years, it has been the place I've called home for a long time. With the change in management, the building complex quality has worsened. The corridors/elevator are dirty and there can be bugs seen around the complex. The management is unfriendly especially if you have lived here for a while. There has been an increase in stolen packages/stolen mail (from the actual locked mail boxes) and car window break ins. This place is disgusting and horrible and have a major roach problem. The resident manager Claudine she gossips about other tenants to tenets. She’s very unprofessional.
