I personally loved living here. The price was incredible compared to other options in the area. I had some issues with the washers and heating, but management was always willing to reimburse me or send maintenance quickly. If you're polite and reasonable, they will be the same way with you. Megan was amazing to work with, too. Perfect apartment for students at UWO, too because they have a grades incentive. So, if you get A's and B's, you'll get money off rent!
I would personally rate this place zero stars if I could. The heating never works, it goes from freezing to sweltering every couple of days. Currently out of 4 washers only one work. In the past 6 months only two dryers work and currently none work. There is no hot water, and the bath tub drain doesn’t work. The sink leaks and caulk is coming off everywhere. I'm changing my comment but not my rating. There are plenty of issues I've been dealing with in this apartment. Firstly, the terrible heating... it only works once in a while, if ever. We had to buy our own heater when it was below zero just to stay warm. Second, the laundry room needs a lot of repair work. Only one dryer works... or two, if it decides to work. There are a few more washers that work but one is down and one doesn't drain properly. I literally had to wring all my clothes by hand because they were sopping wet. ... read more
One dryer is wild... None of the other's work... One is taped shut, one takes your money; it took $3 from me because I assumed they fixed it... They did not! And lastly, the other has broken garbage in it. Now I see why someone took my laundry out of the dryer when mine was dry; there's only one! Fix this issue please!
