Recommended5 Star I’m working on my third year at Lakeview and love it. The management is top notch and very responsive. We love the quality of our corner unit with lots of windows and sunny south exposure. Location is very convenient to shopping, restaurants, Island Lake and freeway access. Good neighbors and very quiet. HVAC is warm in winter and plenty cool in summer. Water quality is fine although we also use a Brita filter for drinking water, coffee and ice cubes.
Water quality was terrible, constant pollutants in the water basically made it undrinkable. Thus the shower was also horrid. The Air Conditioning was mediocre at best as I had to constantly crop open the door to get a stable temperature, while also opening the window to get the natural stuffiness of the room and the apartment building out of the unit. And as a side note, the lobby bathroom would be locked during the evening hours...? Some of us who get off a long day of work and need to quick rush to the nearest bathroom ent... read more
