Lakeview Smiles team always go the extra mile
Cynthia and front desk team rock - 5 stars to them. Got a couple “botched” fillings here but they were quick to fix them. They are accommodating if you ask for full numbing (I prefer it). Seems like a good place if you’re looking for aesthetic dental work. Staff seem like they’re in a rush oftentimes. Nice folks, well-resourced office
It’s unfortunate as I’ve been an avid fan of Lakeview Smiles these past few years, but recent experiences have me changing my view. There is currently a strong disregard for schedules with their patients as the past few appointments I have been left to sit in the chair for 30-60 min with no visitation from Dr. Lee or an assistant. They seem to double book appointments and forget patients even during procedures.
Lakeview Smiles and Dr Lee consistent show a blatant disregard for patients’ time and schedules. Sure you can get an appointment any day at any time, because the office consistently double/triple books multiple appointments (even for PROCEDURES). I have been in four times in the last month. For multiple procedures, I’ve spent over two hours in the office.. mostly waiting while Dr Lee will pop into the room for 2 minutes and then go see another patient.
