***Editing my review to address ownership comments: 1. I have encountered numerous times when Google stated this particular office was OPEN when the scheduling line told me they are closed. Particularly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. At time of posting, Google says this office is open Wednesdays when I have receipts of their office telling me they are closed on Wednesdays. 2. So I has an early morning appointment on a Saturday, and the first thing I was greeting with from a dentist was “we appreciate you coming in especially this early in the morning.” That was followed by the front desk saying my name then, o you look like your name. Professionalism and patient customer service are not at the forefront for the Bucktown practice. Front office staff (minus Daisy she was cool) act as if they abhor their lives and hate working there. 💡 Newsflash - you are the face of the office and the first person patients see when they walk in and optics matter and how you treat patients when it comes to post visit reviewing what was done and scheduling follow ups etc. 🤝 Scheduling visits are difficult and sporadic through texts or calls as the office is open/closed is h... read more
This review is long awaited. I went to this place some years ago, they had perfect 5 star reviews, I was so naive. (Please look at the Yelp reviews, those are more honest than the ones here on Google.) Dr. Raoof would tell me I needed to have fillings done and didn't care to show and explain why with the x-rays. I used to go every six months so for her to out of the blue then finally show me the x-ray with an obvious cavity was bewildering.
