Thin walls, no visitor parking available. Max allowable increase every year. Water usually undrinkable spring through fall. No loyalty for long time good tenents- re rent. One elevator. Which is always booked up at end of months for move in and outs. My first month here I was broken into. Good for short term rentals. I would like to add the housekeepers/ janitors and maintence people here are amazing though, they definetly get 5 stars

Building has 0 soundproofing, no building manager on site, there is one elevator for 6 stories that they block off when someone is moving in which is actually against the tenancy act. The build quality is garbage and they have the audacity to charge over $2k a month for this place? Do not live in any of these Broadstreet buildings. I wish I could give you a lower rating. Absolutely ridiculous.
