Worst year of our lives. We moved in and had struggles with management right away, causing us to lose a large chunk of our "elevator time". After moving in, we did not have access to our parking spot for close to over a week due to management taking their time to tow the person in our spot. Finally settled in, only to be met with so much noise. Constant slamming, stomping and yelling on all sides at all times of the day and night. The exterior and interior maintenance staff keep the grounds and building interior in excellent condition. They are always pleasant and helpful. The office staff is also very helpful and friendly.
So done with this place and the lack of parking! I received a parking ticket at canadian tire a while ago, now someone smashed my window when i had to park on Carrington by McDonald's! 😡 Big cities usually struggle with parking but this is not a big city. Poor planning, no parking and cheap appliances
Hello ...I would like to say I have never had an efficient and hands on experience with Ashlee ....she is a problem solver and kind and compassionate .....she has me in a place in 3 days in the unit i wanted and made sure I was happy .....even though she was site manager in another city she managed to reach out and take care of me ....I'm so happy I have her to talk to ....thank you Ashlee for you and your hard work .you are a star .
