We’ve had a great experience with Lakeview Ridge Apartments so far! From the application process to move-in, the communication has been excellent, and everyone has been friendly and helpful. We had such a great experience with Bravim at Lakeview Ridge! He is very knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to. He answered all of our questions and you can really tell that he knows what he’s talking about. I booked a unit viewing online, and Bravim called to confirm our appointment. My adult kids live here and I was in awe of how new, clean and spacious the units are and how clean the property is outdoors. It has so many perks for their tenants, I wish I lived here myself. In unit washer, dryer and dishwasher are BONUSES, especially for young adults. Broadstreet Properties is clearly animal friendly because I’ve seen so many cute dogs with their owners coming and going so that’s nice to see too. I was so pleased as always I lived here a few years ago and then this February 2026 I moved into a townhouse my preference and I am the most happy renter any problem I had Bravim was all over it, I so appreciate the new employees working for Lakeview Ridge. I hope Bravim is not leaving anytime soon, you want amazing service rent here, you will be pleased all up keep is awesome. Have been living here for 3+ years now. So far so good! The 24 hr tenant hotline is very useful and helpful. Apartment staff are easy to approach, friendly and professional. It’s not perfect, but no where is. Overall having a happy experience here! 🥰
