I moved from another Broadstreet Property in Courtenay in June. I have found the staff at this site to be very helpful & courteous. The maintenance staff works very hard & takes great care of the property. The site managers have been available to help me with any questions that I have. I think I will enjoy living here.
Recently signed a lease here, and will not be actually moving in for a variety of reasons. First of all, the leasing manager “ Bravim” cannot communicate if his life depended on it. Broadstreet does all communications and business for tenants online, but Bravim reads and ignores vital email communications, despite having poor verbal communication skills. Every day, I always notice the place and people here are always warm and welcoming. This is the place for me in Canada.
The management and staff are exceptional. Excellent response time to any issues that did arise, including replacements, such as the dishwasher. Very accommodating to specific needs. Requested Sonoma Pines to friends, who have found the area pleasant to live, as well as conveniently placed to essentials such as grocery and schools. Treated so well, I rented again with Broadstreet. Highly recommend!
Being a resident at Lakeview Ridge has been fantastic. The property is clean and well taken care of, they have amazing promotions and staff. And when I say staff I Specifically mean Bravim, this lovely gentleman has been there and never misses a beat from the time you inquire to the time you sign your lease and ready to move in.
