Where do I start.? My rating is a negative 0, This so called provider is a joke..I went to her in 2023, how can you tell a patient to lose weight to reduce symptoms and you 400 pounds plus with 2 snicker bars on the edge of her desk! That was clue #1…she was quick to diagnose arthritis but no labs were drawn..Hmmmm clue #2..Please!!! I've had RA for 21 years. I've been with Dr. Derrig for probably 15 years or so. I have only good things to say about their staff and Dr. Derrig. The staff is always helpful, Dr. Derrig has always been so helpful and thorough with my symptoms and tests. I feel she has extensive experience and I really appreciate her.
I’m not one to do reviews but this is a must. I had a referral and notes sent from my rheumatologist to here since I recently moved here from out of state. I was denied to be seen, stating I need to see pain management. This facility is exactly what is wrong with our countries opioid epidemic. People who want help are being sent to pain management instead. I am absolutely disgusted with your company.
I fell in love with Dr Derrig. She treated my gout. I had lab work and X-rays done. Everyone was very nice and professional.
This place is a joke, if I could give it 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service and VERY rude! I had a referral sent over from my DR. I hadn't heard anything in 4 days, so I called the office to check on the status of my referral, which I had just spoke to someone the day before and I was told that I would get a call back that afternoon to let me know.
