We drive 6hrs to Caribou Maine, 2-3 times a year and always , and I mean Always , first place we dine is Lakeview. Brought friends with us and raved about the Prime Rib and the Oysters. Ordered the Oysters and normally come out in a bed of ice, not this time on a bed of lettuce and were not even cold , just cool. Then came the Prime Rib 3 of us ordered it.
