Rented the space in May for an August party, canceled one week after booking(still in May) and instead of getting my whole refund back I was told they had to keep my cleaning deposit which was also supposed to be refundable. I wasn’t even in the space yet so there was nothing to clean why not give the whole amount back I paid? Don’t book here it’s not worth the hassle and there are too many rules.
