I scheduled various appointments with Lakeview Pointe Dentistry. I had the cards they physically write for you for all of the appointments. Two of the appointments somehow didn't exist when I took my children to the scheduled appointment. I thought the first time was a fluke but then it happened a second time. Not sure how they schedule things because I watched them type something into the computer and then they presented me with the hand written card with the scheduled appointment dates and times on them.
