We have lived here two full years and I have been grateful to NEVER see a single roach in our apartment. I have two small special needs kids and it's something I always worry about but we have never had any issues. The landlord is a great guy and is very respectful and dependable. It's very laid back. We keep to ourselves but when I'm getting my kids off the bus everyone is nice to us.
Wow what I read all lies I have been there 3 years no roaches no trash laying on porches very clean there is always updates manager is never rude
My friend had to deal with this horrify place.I felt compelled to warn everyone. If you looking for a place where some tenants don't meet the renter requirement you found it. If you would like to work hard and have to deal with welfare and section 8 folks you found it. Are if you want to see a tenant drunk sitting on the porch in their underwear shouting cause he locked out the apartment. What about having to deal with a tenant that has tons of trash bags, pizza boxes and you are ran out of your apartment by roaches and they... read more
Run! To many people with roaches and trash bags in apartments.
To all potential renters I advise you to keep looking. Low rated and low grade apartments. Unprofessional manager that will talk to you rudely. Being respectful is common courtesy. My friend is disable and she was treated horribly.
