Dishonest from the time Tom Lambert showed up, until he left. Actually, he showed up on his own, as the job was put on hold the previous day. I cannot believe the reviews with 5 stars. I am just in hopes, these people were not lied to. Maybe Mr. Lambert thought since no one around to oversee what he was or was not doing, he could come and bill for several thousand dollars and no one would ever question. The owner and his son were both very polite. I found out my sewer line needed to be replaced due to a collapse and he came out the same day I called to give me a quote. He was very knowledgeable and responsive to my questions. His price was by far the best. Hopefully I don’t need a plumber again for a long time but when I do I will be calling again.
Talked on the phone with him.I lost my husband in December and I'm trying to sell our home.Well my husband added on to the house in the 90's.He said if TDEC didn't have the permit then my husband illegally added on to the septic.When I asks TDEC they told me themselves that things weren't kept up with back them.To sum him all up,he was telling my husband did something illegal.He was very smug and not customer friendly AT ALL.So don't call him!!!
Mike came out today and was absolutely professional. He even answered a question I had after hours. I would and will recommend these guys to anyone I run across needing some plumbing repair!
Good store you can always find help no shortage of staff I always go to Home Depot...
