The new manager is a complete disaster — totally unprofessional and clueless. The management is an absolute joke, and things have gone from bad to worse. This apartment complex has deteriorated beyond recognition over the past year. The maintenance is pathetic and no one seems to care. I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this place!
Poorly managed and irresponsive. Charging residents unnecessarily and making pay for parking when the work is being done in the building ..Poor planning and current building manager acts as if he is very busy but not a cooperative guy at all. Work requests are always lagging and too much internal politics within the staff affecting the residents. Construction work carried on for more than 1 year and very noisy..
Relatively clean apartments however make sure everything in the apartment is working before you move in, I wasn't informed that my heating/ AC in the bedroom was not working and as a result I had to pay out of my pocket to have heat in the winter and cool air in the summer, the building manager told me that all the apartments have this issue in my building and it's because of the way the building is built.
The new manager is a complete joke. Many people have had the same complaints about him. Be mindful and double check anything that you do when he’s involved. He will try and change your wording on things and then blame it on his English. And the building still has roaches.
