Update may/2026 This building just goes from bad to worse. There is no actual management and Staffing is a mess to add insult to injury, we have a package thief in the building and Homestead staff are completely useless with running back the cameras even if it's only them viewing it. Did I mention the faulty elevators and the fact that there has been one out of service for a few weeks. The day my package was stolen the only elevator was not functioning. EXTREMELY poor service and support
Very good and customer service was excellent
Warning Do not rent a place here! It's going to turn your life to absolute hell. The location and lake might be decieving but you can't live with the issues in this place. To summarize, here's the minimum troubles you'll be getting yourself into: 1. POOR INEXPERIENCED MANAGEMENT! The so called management has no clue what they are doing. You may contact them for any issues and all you get is being yelled at and being told that this is not their problem.
