EXTREMELY poor service and support
Very good and customer service was excellent
Warning Do not rent a place here! It's going to turn your life to absolute hell. The location and lake might be decieving but you can't live with the issues in this place. To summarize, here's the minimum troubles you'll be getting yourself into: 1. POOR INEXPERIENCED MANAGEMENT! The so called management has no clue what they are doing. You may contact them for any issues and all you get is being yelled at and being told that this is not their problem. The new manager is a complete disaster — totally unprofessional and clueless. The management is an absolute joke, and things have gone from bad to worse. This apartment complex has deteriorated beyond recognition over the past year. The maintenance is pathetic and no one seems to care. I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this place!
