This building has become a hotspot for homeless people. Every night when I come home from work, I find people sleeping in the lobby, and there are often strangers outside asking residents to let them into the building. It makes me feel uncomfortable and concerned about the safety and security of the residents.
DO NOT RENT HERE! Homestead is taking their tenants to court asking for a 6.7% rent hike! Head office takes forever to respond (or don't respond at all) to simple requests, on-site managers are not allowed to make decisions without approval from head office, multiple ongoing issues with crack heads living here and wreaking havoc including breaking locks on all access doors, stealing packages, vandalism, drug paraphernalia in the stairwells, take down by 6 cops in the front of the building due to one of the tenants stealing f... read more
Been living in this building for over 6 years now and the condition of the building has detoriated, don't let the fresh paint and renovations fool you. We have a massive security issue at the moment that has been going on since the beginning of 2026. Not ideal for people who are paying their rent and just want peace and safety.
