I had a 20 year shoulder injury that has plagued me more and more the older I got. Randy and I talked and set a plan through dry needling and suction cupping. And with a labrum tear this was a slightly unlikely to help. But I was worth trying anything at this point. Randy was fantastic in helping me know when to push during my recovery and when to hold back to let the healing process take its course. Really enjoyed my experience here over the past several months dealing with an old injury that flared up. The staff is incredibly friendly and the whole space has a warm, positive vibe. The actual therapy (why you come, right?) is also top notch. They take their time with you and I never felt rushed in the process; nor did I feel like they were trying to string me along for extra sessions or services. Don't be afraid of the dry needling, it works!
I was sent here with multiple issues and injuries. They helped me by finding the root/source of my injuries and limitations but also educating me along the way and applying what I think of as a multi-faceted approach to treatment including but not limited to dry needling, massage, ultrasound, flexibility, strength training and strength training with muscle isolation. They’re great!!
City Park PT has great therapists! Charles got me working on strengthening my core and resolved some painful back problems. Thanks to God and City Park PT for hope for many more active years!
