The maintenance supervisor here is great! Malachi is always kind, approachable, and quick to help whenever needed. Appreciate everything you do!
They don’t check in on you they will go in to your apt to show other people but won’t send maintenance over, I’ve called about my closet door that will not shut cause the front of the door is halfway torn off, my closet door isn’t even on the tracks and when I moved in it wasn’t cleaned my socks got black the moment I moved in and the shit you see on the microwave is how I got it it was all icky when I moved in and it doesn’t even work the timer works no problem but when it comes to preheating my food it doesn’t heat it up i... read more

Management here has definitely changed in recent years, and for the worst. This property used to have an Amazon Locker that was removed with no warning, now packages often sit outside the office, especially over the weekends when no one brings them inside.
