Great and helpful
I’ve been living at Lakeview Oaks for 5 months, and it has been a nightmare. The roach infestation here is absolutely out of control. It started small but has only gotten worse, and it’s not just the common areas—there are roaches in our dishwasher (which we don’t even use anymore) and even in our bed. We haven’t bought any new furniture because we’re terrified it’ll just get infested too. The neighbors also have a persistent, strange smell coming from their apartment that lingers in the hallways. I moved to Tampa from Atlanta, GA. Looked around many apartments and finalized Lakeview Oaks Apartment based on many criteria. Quiet, clean, and friendly neighborhood with great amenities. Amazing front office staffs who are willing listen and go above and beyond to meet residents needs. Kudos to the staff!!! Quick response from maintenance staffs and the are quick, friendly and knowledgeable and turnaround time is fast. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and everyone. Great place to live!!!
