DONT LEASE HERE. I’ve lived in this apartment for a year, and I’ve never been more excited to move out of a place in my life. Since moving in, it’s been one issue after another. In just one year, there have already been three different management teams, and honestly, none of them seemed to know what they were doing. There are handicap parking spaces at Lakeview Oaks! But they are the wrong signs which allow anyone to park there. If you call the police they will tell you they cannot ticket or tow until the signs are upgraded to the correct ones. I have contacted the office and brought the situation to their attention. Management changes so fast here, they continue to drop the ball! One of these cars is a resident the other isn’t and both vehicles stayed all night. They do it often. Ive lived here for a couple of years and in those couple of years, this company has gone through more managers than I can count. Some of them were awful. Then the current ones have been good but i just don't understand why they offer amenities that they don't intend to keep up with. For example, they have a huge clubhouse with a huge kitchen and a really nice coffee machine that never works and never has what it needs to make the coffee with. My partner and I lived here for a few years and in a couple different buildings. Our experience was constantly varying with the frequency at which management changed. At one point, we experienced a lot of issues from unsupervised children, and dealt with the current management at the time doing nothing to help.
