I had an ongoing issue with my a.c finally glenn looked at it and I believe he said it had a restriction and he would fix it now it is cold and I am loving it

The front desk is not helpful at all. When moving out they tack on outrageous fees for mild issues like a spill on the floor.
I would not recommend this community based on our move-out experience. We were charged approximately $700 in move-out fees, including $350 for cleaning, even though we had hired a professional cleaning service and left the apartment very clean. What was especially frustrating was that after the apartment had been professionally cleaned, the maintenance team emptied items from the storage room and moved them into our apartment.
