Clean, aesthetically pleasing salon. They do try to tell you what can and can’t be accomplished which is a little frustrating bc I know what can be accomplished (I’m also a nail tech). When I requested a certain look they convinced me to do something else even tho these were supposed to be my birthday nails and was more than willing to pay more for a design. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!!!!! The guy who originally started my nails was amazing until we started my pedicure i had to tell him 6 times that the acrylic on my big toe was not looking like how i always get them done he started getting an attitude and yanking my foot. I have one woman there that i love for mani, pedi and waxing. The people that answer the phone are horrible. Not that they are not nice they are just totally unhelpful and poor customer service . Whenever i leave a message to have the lady i make appointments with call me … crickets.
