I went and viewed a trailer for rent it had mud all over the front of the entrance to the trailer. Then I was given a move in date of 09/07/2016 so I never received a callback so I went on my bike back there and they hadn't done anything to get it ready. I mean nothing at all. Yet they want 695 month first and last and a four hundred dollar deposit. 1390. +400 and I had it available on the seventh and yep it hasn't been touched.
