As already mentioned, these buildings have bed bugs! Our experience living at Lakeview Mews for 2 years was wholly positive until our unit became infested. After having several several treatments we had two infestations in less than 6 months. As noted by someone else, the building is unfortunately very poorly managed when it comes to the topic of bed bugs. BOTH building have them. WARNING: THIS PLACE HAS BEDBUGS Here is our experience- sharing in hopes that others will be able to avoid going through what we did. These are the facts of the situation, though I cannot begin to emphasizing how emotionally distressing this process was. We moved in to Lakeview Mews in June 2025 and 2 nights later we had to move out because our unit had bedbugs. The staff at Lakeviews Mews are great. I've lived here for nearly 20 years and Mark in particular is fantastic to deal with. He truly cares and always goes above and beyond to ensure that maintenance requests are addressed quickly, efficiently and properly. Not only that, but he always does so with a smile and always seems happy to help. I know this isn't common in many apartments (including here over the years) so it's something I truly appreciate..
