Lakeview Health Services has truly changed my life. I began my journey with the organization as a Peer Support Specialist. When my circumstances changed due to a disability, Lakeview stood by me 100% of the way. I must specifically recognize Cathy, Mary, Tonya, Adam and Ashley and Ashlee. They have impacted my life in countless positive ways, helping me navigate significant life changes with the utmost respect and dignity. Their contribution to the well-being of others cannot be overstated. They are simply amazing.
They changed my life when I was 18 years old. I had nowhere to live, I was still in high school and they helped me find an apartment and made it affordable. They furnished it and bought me everything I needed from lamps to complete dish sets. They were angels to me and I am forever grateful.
Appointment right on time.
A little over two years with them and they do not listen or even try to understand what people are going through, as someone that has a neurological syndrome I need help with paperwork and all I get is "take ten minutes out to do it", " just call us". The paperwork I have piling up as I cannot understand a lot of what it says to me, these are not helpful people and 90% of the "appointments" are an hour of nothing but "did you get the paperwork ready?" The caseworkers are nasty and lazy and don't do their jobs while the clients are left with no proper services. My loved one is hopeless, sick and suicidal because of them. It's disgusting.
