I would give this 0 stars if that was an option. I would not recommend this facility to a family member with advanced dementia. The head nurse is very stressed and does not want to listen to you. Only a handful of staff members are caring. They need more compassionate employees that really care. I would stay away from here. They make it seem really nice when you go through the tour and it's beautiful inside. It's just the inside people that need to be replaced. Lakeview Memory Care has been an absolute treasure for us to find! My mom is receiving the best care possible for her dementia needs, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire team at Lakeview. From the Director to the nurses and everyone in between that helps with the activities, meals, and just overall love and care for the residences is amazing! I love when I walk in and see my mom singing and dancing with “her friends.” I recommend Lakeview to everyone and anyone I can!

From the moment I reached out and inquired about care for my Uncle, I was given the attention and service that was needed. The staff and nurses are all trained well and treat all residents with care and respect. All communication was excellent and it truly felt like my Uncle was treated like family. I cannot thank Lakeview enough for the care that was provided for my Uncle! A special thanks to Kim, who made my experience with navigating a loved one with dementia more bearable.
