Great people, great staff. Very knowledgable and helpful
I had set up a few appointments to get a psychiatric diagnosis. All the doctor wanted to do was push several medications within the first appointment which was under an hour. I didn’t even get to express my concerns with my mental health. Pill pushing doctors I strongly do not recommend.
Incompetent and unprofessional are the kindest words I can think of to describe at least some of the staff here; I'm horrified that they are responsible for the health of others.
I moved from Wisconsin and was recommended by another local facility to try Lakeview. I called, explained my situation. I was then asked what my insurance company was and then told to fill out a 12 page application and someone would call me back. Forward 3 weeks later, 2 messages left, no return calls and finally spoke with someone. I was THEN told they do not accept my insurance. Terrible customer service, lack of care or concern. Would not recommend.
