Dr nave has been looking after my mom for over a decade, and I have been seeing her for the past 3 years. I have a mental health issue, and since starting with Dr nave, I've improved more and more. Her and the staff are always pleasant, understanding, and helpful. This clinic is what doctors should be. Bad reviews must be getting this place messed up with lakeside medical
THIS IS NOT A WALK-IN CLINIC,AND THEY DON'T TAKE NEW PATIENTS.Everyone confuses them with Lakeside which IS a walk-in clinic
Really disappointed with this clinic. We waited over 30 minutes and watched at least 7 people go in ahead of us. After 30 minutes No one told us why until we asked, and only then did they say it’s based on “urgent need.” That should’ve been explained right away. We thought it was first-come-first-serve like most walk-ins. There was no triage, no communication, nothing. Just felt like we didn’t matter. Not coming back. 🥴🥴🥴🥴 Visit date: July 21, 2025 Time: Around 10:00 AM

Very rude customer service. I just chit off a call now and he wouldn’t allow me to talk. Very very rude and annoying.
