Horrible place to live there money hungry and don’t want to fix anything. You have till the 7 th to pay the rent . They text you the fist of the month to tell you there gonna charge a late fee when you have till the seventh. I lived there in the past and it was a nice place to live. And the person who ran it was very nice and friendly. Not like those who ever it is that’s running cause they won’t show there face. Everything is over a phone. Nope do not recommend anyone to apply for this filth!!!!
DO NOT RECOMMEND PLEASE STAY AWAY NOT SAFE N FILTHY BEYOND ANYTHING TRASH OUTSIDE NOT VERY INVITING LOOKING. BAD PLACE WAS ONCE BEAUTIFUL HOW IT WENT DOWNHILL IT ONLY TAKES 1 BAD RESIDENT TO SPOIL THE ENTIRE PLACE. P.S. BY THE OWNERS RESPONSE IT CONFIRMS HOW RUDE THEY ARE.
