Lakeview Log Cabins is proud to be a family owned and operated vacation rental property. The 5 log cabins (6 units) were built between 1996 and 2001 by founder, Jay Tillman. Two generations later, his granddaughter, Holly Thompson, lives on-site with her family and is thrilled to maintain the family-oriented, pet-friendly environment that her grandfather established. RecommendedThis place is great. VERY CLEAN!! The whole place is well organized and taken care of. I went with a group of 9 guys and we stayed in 3 cabins the weekend of 9/21/19. The family who runs the place (Holly) is really nice. They offer a canoe, paddle boats and boat mooring included in the price. They have a very clean fish cleaning station and have camp fires every night at a huge fire pit. I love that they do not nickle and dime you for everything. This place is wonderful! We were sad to leave! From the day I booked with Holly she was so welcoming I could tell she would take care of us! We will be returning! Thank you for taking the kids on tube rides they loved it!!

It’s beautiful here! My whole extended family rented all 6 cabins this week...12 adults and 21 kids ranging from newborn to 15. We loved it! The cabins are very clean and well cared for. Make sure to spend plenty of time in the amazing hammock and around the huge community fire ring! The lake is right there, with a boat launch, piers, and water “toys” to play with, like a kayak and paddle boat. There is a raft to swim out to also.
