My wife and I were traveling from Iowa to Arkansas and developed trouble with our F150 ford. We had been hunting and knew we could not get home with the truck issue. We looked up a ford dealer and found Trenary ford. We arrived there at 7:30 am and explained our issue to Cameron Wheeler. He said they were extremely busy but fit us in immediately. I highly recommend avoiding this dealership/service center. Save yourself the stress and money. There are so many local mechanics that value integrity, honesty, and open communication at a fraction of the price. Our experience at Bill Knight Ford has been a nightmare. We originally went in for radiator hoses that we thought would be covered under warranty. They were not, but the service center did find a long list of other “issues” we were unaware of. Portsmouth ford has made several attempts to repair my defective truck costing me thousands of dollars and they offered me half of what it’s worth towards a new one. Their diesel trucks are loaded with defective components and I have a fifty thousand dollar truck that is undriveable
I have a 2022 f-250 and had damage to the rear of the bed i came in and had the best experience I've ever had at a body shop. Roy was my body shop manager and i have never had such excellent service the repair was flawless. Roy delt with insurance company and made sure everything was replaced. i would recommend Mcree collision center to everyone and Roy is excellent to work with.
Took my jeep to dutro body shop for hail damage repair. Was a 1-2 day job, but 6 weeks later when told to pick up my jeep after hours no work had been done, my sun visors were tore off, and had busted tail light, so we then took for a drive and a 1/2 mile down rd. It died and I was towed home. My jeep now is way worse than before I left it with these con men.
You can't make a service appointment online (in 2022?) so I called. Never got any email confirmation, they apparently don't like technology. When I show up for the appointment they had it for a different day of the week and a different time the following week. No apology, no attempt to fix their error. Never again.
I bought a car from Lithia Ford a few years ago. It was a courtesy car so had some mileage on it but not much and it saved me A LOT of money for a pretty new car. I like this car because it doesn't use much gas, shuts off when you're stopped and is only a 3 liter engine. (which sounded wimpy to me, but what do I know? LOL) It has fuel injection so it takes off like a rocket when you need it to. I've had to take it in for a few things, but I got the extra warranty so I don't have to pay out of pocket. We broke down in Colorado while on vacation. Our vehicle was towed to this dealership over 3 weeks ago. We were told it would be a week. We said okay and found other transportation to get us home. And now that we are far away.. we are getting the run around. We finally talked with a shop supervisor and he said "I dunno" so many times that my head is spinning. He dunno what's wrong with it. Buyer beware Sakelaris Car Dealership Purchased 2008 BMW 128K convertible, 77k, in January. Bought as is but assured what an excellent vehicle it was. Drove home fine, garaged until April due to weather. Put one tank of gas through it and immediately started having issues. Took to reputable shop in Springfield, MO, $3500 Repairs on following.
