Kelsey Sayre is a wonderful Physicians Assistant at Lakeview Internal Medicine. I don't know if I can actually express how happy I am that I switched to her as my primary care. I've had great success getting appointments and the staff is wonderful at the office. Kelsey Sayre is the worst PCP I’ve ever had. The first appt I had with her I had very basic questions, which she couldn’t answer without “referring” me somewhere. I made a second appt, waited three months, just for them to cancel bc of snow (which is understandable & I asked them if she could just give me a call to discuss it) BUT she won’t return any calls or emails regarding my MENTAL HEALTH concerns because she claims she needs to see me in person to have that conversation (WHICH I HAD AN APPT SCHEDULED FOR THIS that THEY... read more
I’ve never had any issues with this office or the staff. Dr. Barker listens to you and explains things thoroughly. He takes him time so you don’t feel like a number. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.
An internal investigation needs to be done in this place when it comes to patient scheduling. I was in the hospital and upon discharge was given discharge paperwork to include a follow-up appointment with Dr. Brecke on 2/7/25 @ 930am. I arrive for check-in and was told I didn't have appointment for 2/7/25 but instead 4/2025. Patient registration told me that no appointment was in the system for me. I’ve been trying to be a patient here for 10 months. Every time I schedule an appointment and show up for it, they tell me my appointment has been rescheduled to some future date. I’m never notified of these changes so I waste my time and take time away from work to attend appointments that don’t happen. It’s very defeating so I will seek healthcare elsewhere.
