Extremely disappointed with the level of care and or concern for patients especially if you have not been seen for a period of time and how they will just dismiss you as a new patient even though you have to been going there since 2011
Waited 45 minutes and had 4 patients come in and be brought into the room. To hell with that.
Kelsey Sayre is a wonderful Physicians Assistant at Lakeview Internal Medicine. I don't know if I can actually express how happy I am that I switched to her as my primary care. I've had great success getting appointments and the staff is wonderful at the office. Ms. Sayre is very empathetic and has solved a lot of issues that I've been going through for years and no luck with other doctors or practices. I have been so pleased with her really listening to me. Kelsey Sayre is the worst PCP I’ve ever had. The first appt I had with her I had very basic questions, which she couldn’t answer without “referring” me somewhere. I made a second appt, waited three months, just for them to cancel bc of snow (which is understandable & I asked them if she could just give me a call to discuss it) BUT she won’t return any calls or emails regarding my MENTAL HEALTH concerns because she claims she needs to see me in person to have that conversation (WHICH I HAD AN APPT SCHEDULED FOR THIS that THEY... read more
I’ve never had any issues with this office or the staff. Dr. Barker listens to you and explains things thoroughly. He takes him time so you don’t feel like a number. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.
