Very difficult and unwilling to give the help that is being requested by phone, to an approved emergency contact person, for proper medication doses for a new medication. From the very start of the phone call, the receptionist to the nurse were rude, abrupt and "Know it all" attitude were uncalled for. I guess that being concerned for a loved one is an inconvenience to them.
