Very rude and confrontational office manager, take your business elsewhere.
I think Dr. Panitch is a good doctor but her office has predatory billing practices which ultimately reflects on her. I went in for a physical and they asked me for a copay and when I questioned them on it the front desk person blamed it on my insurance which is a lie because every insurance company is required to cover preventative services completely as of 2012, but I paid it anyway not wanting to put up too much of a stink. I have loved and praised Dr Panitch. I have been a patient of her’s since the 90s. I am sad that I will be seeing another GP moving forward. She is a great Dr., but her staff fell short too many times recently. Simple errors can easily be overlooked but they took it too far by insulting me. First I accidentally left a written Rx at the office. That portion is my error. They took notice and called me after they noticed I left it. I wasn’t far and offered to stop by and pick it up.
