This is a nice place, everyone has been so helpful.
Edit: I was never “made an offer”, in fact I wrote to the manager’s supervisor requesting rent reimbursement for failing to provide hot water for ten months in a row and never even got a reply. On top of being a dump, the manager is a straight up LIAR. I got out of that apartment as soon as legally possible. Do NOT rent from these crooks. I've lived here about six months, overall I'm happy I chose this place. The area is nice, I like that the reservoir is basically in the back yard. The grounds are kept nice, pool is open, nice bbq area. The office ladies and maintenance have been kind and helpful. My apartment was nicely updated basically perfect when I moved in. The buildings are little bit older, could use some upgrades here and there but they're spread out nicely lots of room to walk dogs. Overall nice quiet little community.
