THIS IS A SCAM. This place took my deposit money 2 months ago and never gave me a move in date. Now I am out $500 and they refuse to call me back.
This company is owned by bowden tower in raytown, mo. When trying to call them we get no answer or return call. So we went to bowden tower directly. They told us they had a unit under renovation and that it would be available shortly. We gave them a $500 deposit and waited. And waited. 2 months have past and no updates. Finally got through to a lady named Dana who acted like she was going above and beyond to help. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I scheduled a tour and the address of 502 South Ridgeview is an apartment of an elderly lady that had NO idea what I was talking about!!!!! I tried calling the main phone number which is a Missouri number and got ABSOLUTELY NO WHERE!!!!!!! I left a voice mail for some Melana lady that NEVER called me back and then they auto scheduled me another tour so like an idiot I went and the SAME THING HAPPENED!!!!!! Very unprofessional and unorganized.
