Never a long wait to get in, friendly staff and knowledgeable friendly doctors.
Brian, Jennifer, Jessica were very pleasant and helpful
Friendly people, not busy, wait time was less then 30 mins
Victoria is always very pleasant when we visit the office. Has a great sense of humor and puts the patient at ease. She has help me out many times with questions, concerns, or whatever I contact her for. Thank you Victoria. You are a wonderful addition to the office.
Strike 1: Doctor sent confused dementia patient home alone, no call to emergency contacts. Strike 2: Consistently waiting 2 hours past appointment time to see doctor. Strike 3: same Doctor refused to call in a insulin refill for over 2 weeks. Had to go to Walmart & pay out of pocket to get a non-Rx insulin. Strike 4: Same doctor took 45 days to correct a different Rx. Not sure if this is incompetence, lack of training, over worked, or just plain malpractice.
