Promised treatment and one on one therapy. No phone calls to your family as promised through your therapist. One big rip off scam. I'm clean without them. Still getting billed.
Why does my family member have to sleep with clothes on? to keep them from getting stolen, or have to listen to other residents having sex. Ask the question why only 2 phone calls per week? and they are NOT PRIVATE calls, counselor sits with them. Why after 28 days and wanting to check out, they are told they have to stay with the threats of job loss and insurance will not pay if you leave early? Why no contact with any medical doctors?
