I’ve lived here for about 4 months now. I can honestly say this is one of the best places I’ve ever lived and I’ve moved A LOT. Ana and Lisandro in the office have both exceeded my expectations. While applying, they were both very attentive and got back to me within the same day if I had any questions/ concerns. Any time I’ve had minor maintenance requests, they are on top of it. I would have rated this complex a 5 star but ever since Erica left, I now give Lakeview garden 1 star because the current manager is horrible, she does not treat each tenant fairly, she plays favorites. Whatever her name is, she is the worst property manager I've ever seen. I will do everything in my power to have her fired.
I've lived here for a year now and I really like the complex. My block at least is extremely quiet and the grounds are kept clean. They have updated the landscaping to be more drought-friendly and improved the walkway by my block. Maintenence is quick to help if requested and the management has been good at communicating when needed.
* UPDATE: Since they've responded, I still have not heard back from anyone in regards to my inquiry.* Honestly the only reason why I'm giving it a one-star review is because I've emailed several times trying to reach out to them to show interest in applying for their property but not once did I get an email back in the past two weeks that I've been trying to reach someone.
