Dismissive customer service unfortunately, wheel alignment service done, called on the way home, regarding concerns of pulling to the right despite alignment done. Maintenance staff responded with "well the road crowns so". Paid another $160 to find out that axles needed to be replaced.
Just an oil change that's all.
The service department is the worst in July came in for oil change and to have my fog light in bulb replaced with appointment for this got there no bulb in stock appointment said they would order it and call me never happened. In October went for oil change check on fog light bulb was told they ordered it and sent it back because I didn't come back in. Last Ford I will every buy . Have had the worst service ever.
