Great customer service and they treat you as a valued customer. When things both go right and wrong Lakeview Ford works to resolve our vehicle issues. It is nice having a dependable local dealership to service your vehicle. I only wish they can get vehicles in quicker!
Been buying my vehicles there for 26 years
I've been waiting on a recalled part since October. They never called, and it was now February. So I went down there to check on the part(since they never answer the phone) and they told me the part had been used on someone else's car. Then they told me the part would be in within a week. We are going on week three and they are still giving me the runaround. Terrible service, would not recommend.
They perform a complete inspection and repair.
