I have had the worst customer experience with this floral shop. I spoke with someone at the shop a couple weeks ago and carefully set all the details of my order, specifying the colors I wanted: purple carnations, blue delphinium, and white alstroemeria. I emphasized that the colors were very important, as the order was for a special occasion for my friend. A+ experience! Ordered over the phone while viewing the website. Owner is kind, professional, listened to my ideas, and understood the assignment. My wife was surprised at work, and loves the arrangement! Thank you!

Ordered flowers for my mother in laws funeral. They were supposed to be tall and serve as the center piece with her picture. We got a 18 tall including the vase with a few roses and daisies. We were so disappointed. We had no time to get it fixed. It was not worth what we had to pay. It didn't look like anything special. We will never deal with them again. What a rip off.

Although the flowers were pretty, they were orange and yellow. The flowers I chose were supposed to be pinks and purples. Plus, there were no tall, stemmed flowers alongside the statue as in the picture. I was very disappointed when I arrived at the funeral service and saw this looked nothing like what I thought it would. Definitely not worth the $90 it cost me. The only positive is that it did arrive on time.
