Posting for my mom, who was so impressed with Lakeview Floral she asked me to leave a review: “I wanted to post how happy I was with an arrangement, done by Lakeview Floral, for a celebration of life we attended. I have had the worst customer experience with this floral shop. I spoke with someone at the shop a couple weeks ago and carefully set all the details of my order, specifying the colors I wanted: purple carnations, blue delphinium, and white alstroemeria. I emphasized that the colors were very important, as the order was for a special occasion for my friend. Ordered flowers for my mother in laws funeral. They were supposed to be tall and serve as the center piece with her picture. We got a 18 tall including the vase with a few roses and daisies. We were so disappointed. We had no time to get it fixed. It was not worth what we had to pay. It didn't look like anything special. We will never deal with them again. What a rip off.
