Was unable to work with me on insurance issue. I had been a patient at Lakeview Dental a long time. The secretary was very rude to me. And did not care if I went to another oreactice or not so that is what I did.
This dentist has the customer service and competency of the worst waffle house in America, and that's offensive to waffle houses. They have rescheduled our appointment for new patient 3 times, with less than 7 hours max notice, they even rescheduled almost an hour prior to the appointment. Their excuse has been that their dental hygienist is out sick or for the day... we haven't seen the dentist or even got past the lobby because the staff isn't capable of locating a dental plan using social and DOB...
