I had a very disappointing experience with this office. Before making an appointment, I explained that I was new to dental insurance, had a limited budget, and specifically asked if they accepted my insurance. I was told they did and that they would help me. Based on that information, I moved forward with treatment. After my visit, I was shocked to receive a bill of nearly $900 instead of the approximately $300 I had been led to expect. Great experience here! All the staff were so friendly. Laura and Dr. O’Grady took their time explaining things and making sure I was comfortable during my appointment which I really appreciated!
I met, Laura, Dr. O’Grady’s assistant, this morning, and she is so nice. I went to see Dr. O’Grady about a tooth ache and he was so good in explaining my options for treatment. I have never had a dentist spend that much time with me, asking questions about my medical history and discussing treatment for my problem. He will do a root canal this Thursday.
