Dentists scare me - so much so that I haven’t gone for a decade. I know, it’s awful - but Lakeview eases my fears! The team is wonderful and the staff is warm and caring. Their tech is advanced, allowing for less or no pain at all for your dental needs. I’m glad I found them after my hiatus! I highly recommend Lakeview Dental - they’re the only dental team I trust in Hood county.
My grandma has been going here for years. I hadn't been to a dentist in close to 5 years. I was nervous and scared. I had went to another dentist before they where rude and quoted me close to 10 grand for what I needed done. From the moment I walked in the door they where friendly and welcoming. Dr. O’Grady and his staff are amazing! They always help ease my nerves and make me feel more at ease! I would highly recommend!!
My experience here was very disappointing. The dentist did not make me feel confident or comfortable during my visit, and the office staff made things even harder with scheduling. I was told I had three cavities and scheduled for fillings, but later they admitted the time I was booked at was wrong because they only do those procedures at 9 AM or 2:15 PM.
