Being a little Dental phobic myself this staff has gone above and beyond to make this not so enjoyable experience comfortable for me. From the Doctor to the amazing Hygienists and the caring ladies up front... 10/10. Thank you all!
My first experience meeting Dr Hirschfield was pleasant & very nice to talk to. I went for a tooth extremely sensitive to cold. He took an X-ray & filled the tooth . Two weeks later still sensitive to cold so went back . Turned out he filled the wrong tooth .I had a cracked tooth that may need a root canal so put a temporary cap on . He does not do root canals so sends u to Dr Ciornei next door . She is out of network . Receptionist sounded kind of rude on the phone when I asked to reschedule my appointment into next month because of my insurance. She also cut me off a couple of times when I was trying to talk.
Receptionist was rude as short. Didn’t care to hear about anything I was saying. Don’t deserve any business at all.
It’s been a few months and my mouth is completely healed. The new dentures that were made for me fit perfectly. It has been a long time since my mouth has felt this good. Thank You Dr. Hirshfield and everyone at Lakeview Dental.
